Our Job Shop
RFR is a CNC machine shop that focuses on difficult parts in any quantity from one to
thousands. Odd-ball materials, very tight tolerances, very small parts and fine finishes are normal for us in our temperature controlled shop, but the easy stuff is ok too.

- Haas VF-2ss, 30”x16”x20” travels, 300psi thru coolant, 12,000 RPM, 4 axis
- Brother R650 X1, 25”x15”x12” travels, 450psi thru coolant, 16,000 RPM, pallet changing machine
- Spartan 10”, 5HP full automatic NC Bandsaw
- SolidWorks / MasterCAM
- Entire shop and inspection room is temp controlled to 68º +/-2º, 365 days per year
- Microscopes to 60x magnification
- Micro-Vu Sol Video Measuring Machine, 28X-513X magnification, 6″ x 6″ stage
- Mitutoyo metrology equipment:
- 50 millionths micrometers
- .0002” x 12” height gage
- .0001” DTI’s
- Calipers and all the regular other stuff
- Meyer Class Z gage pins, .0005″ increments thru .5005″
- Deltronic Class X gage pin sets, .0001″ increments
- Prusa MK3s 3D printer
